Srinagar, June 16: EJCC Employees Joint Consultative committee, J&K Govt. Employees Conference & NGEWA SKIMS wishes heartiest congratulations & heartfelt gratitude to Lieutenant Governor of Jammu-Kashmir Shri G C Murmu & Administrative Council for historic decision on Revocation of SRO-202.
No fresh Govt. appointments will be under SRO202 and Probation period of old appointees reduced from 5years to 2 years which is highly appreciative step toward employee welfare.
President Govt Employees Conference & NGEWA SKIMS said that SRO202 was an anti-youth Policy injustice to meritorious youth of J&K who face decades of hardship building an academic career & after joining Govt job they were humiliated by a job policy that had harsh consequence on the psychology of J&K youth.
This historic step will definitely give relief to frustration & anger among the youth of J&K. we Demand and hope Next bold & Historic step will be Regularization of decades old Contactual appointees,60,000 Casual Employees / Daily wagers working in various government departments.
