JDU asks workers to gear up for Panchayat elections Nominates district body for Baramulla

Baramulla, Oct 1, KNT: Janata Dal United Thursday asked its workers to gear up for Panchayat and Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
A party meeting was held in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district that was presided by JDU President for Jammu and Kashmir GM Shaheen.
The meeting was attended by senior party works. During the meeting GM Shaheen asked workers to be prepared for the upcoming Panchayat elections. He said that Assembly Elections can happen anytime, so the party should also gear up for those elections.
During the meeting new district body was announced. Abid Fareed khan was made District Vice President, Showkat Aahmed Dar and Zaffar Hussain District General Secretaries and Basit Yousuf was nominated as District Secretary. (KNT)
