A party spokesperson told KNT that the house detention of Aga Syed Hassan Mosavi AlSafavi, after the abrogation of the Article 370 was challenged in the Jammu and Kashmir High Court. The petition was heard and the government of Jammu and Kashmir was asked to come forward and clear the position on the Aga Hassan’s detention, to which the administration answered that Aga Hassan was free and was advised to stay safe in the given turbulent environment.

Today, after spending more than 425 days under house detention at Darul Mustafa Shariat Abad, Budgam, Aga Hassan crossed all barricades that prevented his movement to lead the Friday congregation and later he also paid visit to a shrine and grave yard. (KNT)
