Div Com orders demolition of wall on state land in Srinagar

Srinagar, Nov 24, KNT: Acting tough on illegal encroachments the Divisional Kashmir Srinagar P.K.Pole has ordered the demolition of the illegally constructed wall on state land.

As per the order, SDM East and Tehsildar Khanyar has been directed to remove the encroachment and furnish a compliance report in the office of Divisional Commissioner Kashmir.

It is pertinent to mention that Divisional Administration has been acting very tough against the illegal encroachments on state land in Valley, and has ordered many demolitions and actions against the violators.

In a fresh order issued today from Divisional Commissioner office which ordered the demolition of illegally constructed Boundary wall on state land in Naqashpora area of Srinagar. The order reads that the inhabitants of the area approached the office of Divisional Commissioner Kashmir with the complaint along with the photographic evidence of illegally constructed boundary wall on state land.
