Eid teaches peace, a sense of fellowship and fraternity, and helps people bond with equality: Aga Mujtaba

Srinagar: Anjuman Sharie Shian’s Aga Syed Mujtaba Abbas has extended heartiest felicitations to the people of Jammu&Kashmir on the joyous occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr and also conveyed his sincere good wishes to the Muslim Ummah on celebrating this auspicious Day.In a statement issued , Aga Mujtaba said that it was our good fortune to have been blessed with the holy month of Ramadan during which we were provided with an opportunity to yearn for the ultimate acceptance of our devotion to our Creator. We earnestly hope that Almighty Allah will grant approval to our collective effort and bestow His mercy on us.”The holy month of Ramadan not only brings us blessings of Allah but also instills in us the value of sustained and patient effort required to be part of our daily life,” Aga added.”Eid-ul-Fitr is the culmination of our humble endeavor undertaken to invoke goodwill of Almighty Allah. We bow before Him in all humility after fulfilling our commitment during the month of Ramadan,”  Aga Mujtaba said.Aga further said that the essential lesson of Eid-ul-Fitr is laden with shunning all differences between us and this sacred occasion exhorts us to promote harmony with the aim to inculcate love and affection for each other. On this day it is incumbent on us to look after the less fortunate amongst us and make them part of our collective celebration. We should always remember that Eid is the epitome of collective happiness and its blessings should be shared as wide as possible.
