Ganderbal, Nov 26, KNT: The residents of Tullmullah and Rayil Gund villages of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district Thursday accused private telecom operator ‘Jio’ of poor mobile internet services.

Inhabitants of both these villages complained about the poor network of the cellular company. They told news agency KNT that both post-paid and prepaid users, experience bad internet connectivity.

A local from New Colony Tulmullah complained of slow data connectivity. He said that hundreds of Jio subscribers have been facing tremendous hardships from past few months due to poor internet connectivity services.

“We had approached to the concerned officials in this regard but to no avail,” the residents said. They said that even after approaching the higher ups of Jio, the problem still persists. “Nobody from Jio is ready to listen to us thereby leaving us to suffer,” they said and sought intervention of higher authorities.
